Participation

Participation is voluntary. You may stop at any time. Survey links are personal, single-use invitations; please don't share your link — a forwarded link cannot be used to submit another response.

Acceptable use

You agree not to attempt to submit automated, duplicate, or falsified responses, or to interfere with the operation of the service.

No warranties

The service is provided as-is for research participation. Aggregate findings may be published by the research sponsor; individual responses are never published.
